Location subject tests

Where do I take the test?

All students who are admitted to the test and live abroad may take the subject test at the nearest Goethe institute or German embassy. The Berlin School of Mind and Brain will contact these students and inform them about the location and the date/time of their test.

All students who are admitted to the test and live in Germany, Switzerland, or Austria take the subject test in Berlin.

Please note:
It's best to enter Campus Nord from: Luisenstraße 56, Haus 1, 10117 Berlin.
Use the gateway to the right of the building “Haus 1”.
Follow the signs.

  • Photo ID
  • Pen, pencil and ballpoint pen

Public transport

The closest stations are ‘Hauptbahnhof’ (national & local trains, S-Bahn), ‘Oranienburger Tor’ (U-Bahn), and ‘Friedrichstraße’ (S-Bahn and U-Bahn). Bus No 147 stops at ‘Luisenstraße/Charité’, bus TXL from airport Tegel stops at ‘Charité Campus Mitte’. Both stops are located only a few metres from our building.
